BANDUNG, TEL-U – D3 informatics management Program of Telkom University (Tel-U) organized a training on the application of administrative and office for Cipagalo Bandung Regency Staff as community service (abdimas). The event was held at the School of Applied Sciences (FIT) Building Tel- U 2nd floor lasted for two days on May 25 and 26, 2016.
According to the chairman of abdimas, Muhammad Barja Sanjaya S.T., M.T, this program related to the office applications for archiving official letter in the form of Microsoft Access. “This application allows the regency office staff in search of official letters as well as facilitate the search for public data,” he said.
The use of Microsoft Access can facilitate people in searching the letters data then the process can be faster. In the process of preparation of user data must be registered in order to become the master data and can be inserted into the online data.
Barja expected to continue the collaboration with the people around Tel-U neighborhood and another cooperation in the national level. “Hopefully it can unite all data to be online in order to facilitate the search of data for public” he said. (Purel / AW)
