BANDUNG, Telkom University – Telkom University relisted achievement in National Choir Competition at the University of Brawijaya, Malang, Monday (10/4). Two Gold Medalists are managed to bring the name Telkom University at the 8th Brawijaya Choir Festival 2017 for the category of Musica religiosa and Folklore. In addition, the Harmony team was also awarded as Grandchampion Finalist.
Welcoming the news achievement, Rector of Telkom University Professor Mochamad Ashari expressed his appreciation, he said the achievements of students in the choir should get more attention, so that the achievements obtained become lighter spirit to other students.
“Of course we appreciate the achievements of potential students in this choir field, and this is the result of collectivity, congratulations to the coach, also the entire team. During this time the University has a tradition of giving awards to achievers in any field relevant to the core Telkom University education, and hopefully continue to ignite their passion “he said.
Furthermore, contingent companion Padus Telkom University Dr. Soni Sadono said the competition’s Choir is a prestigious annual competition held by the University of Brawijaya, and successfully followed by many universities seed in Indonesia.
