BANDUNG, Telkom University – Literacy Event Telkom University 2017 is still running since Monday, September 11, 2017 at Telkom University Open Library building, on the 5th day of Research From A-Z activities about How to publish a research paper.
Presenting speakers Irwan Sukardi as Business Manager of Emerald and Nelly Arifyani Senior Licensing Manager of Springer Nature Indonesia, this activity was moderated by Dr. Ir. Hendrati Dwi Mulyaningsih, a lecturer at Telkom University.
Irwan said that both lecturers and students in writing journals should have motivation in it, and must have a purpose.
“Writing the journal should have motivation and purpose, whatever motivation it is for either the name of the institution or for the position, write the best journal” he said.
In writing a journal building a good relationship is very important, especially to the lecturers who take education abroad.
“If the lecturer’s target want to the journal indexed internationally, establish a good relationship, especially for those who take education outside, well established hub with professor there” said Irwan.
In addition to lecturers workshop activities are also attended by students, and in different places also take place Entrepreneurship workshop on decoupage workshop in open space library discussion.
