BANDUNG, TEL-U – To finalize the curriculum of S1 Public Relations, School of Communication and Business Telkom University (FKB Tel-U) held a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) on Tuesday – Wednesday (19 – 27/7).
FGD invited the keynote speakers from academicians and practitioners, such as Prof. Mien Hidayat from Bandung Islamic University (Unisba) and Wahyuni ??from University of Indonesia, and some practitioners such as Oki Dwi Putra from tribunnews.com and Nila Tanzil founder of Rainbow Reading Gardens (Taman Bacaan Pelangi, red) and Travel Sparks.
According to the lecturer FKB, Idola PerdiniPutri , S. Sos., M.Si, FGD aimed to finalize the curriculum of Public Relation Program related to the approval of Public Relation Department at FKB by Higher Education. “It’s as input for curriculum to enrich our Prodi PR both in terms of academics and practitioners, so that the public relation graduand completed with the appropriate competence to the needs of industry,” she said.
Idola hope this event was able to describe the advantages and peculiarities of the public relations curriculum. “So PR program was able to be one of the featured Program of Telkom University,” he said. (Purel / aw)
