BANDUNG, TEL-U - Alicia Montoya's face looks radiant. Student of International Studies Textile Craft & Fashion Telkom University Faculty of Creative Industries (FIK Tel-U) This continues to put a smile when receiving a trophy 2nd Competition drapes "Jabar Ngagaya" in 2015 which was held in the courtyard of Gedung Sate, Saturday (25/10).
