BANDUNG, TEL-U – Hundreds of visitors keen to see the work of Telkom University Student (Tel-U) which is exhibited in De Syukron 2015, Saturday (24/10). From morning to evening, visitors alternated listened to an explanation fromTel-U student. Even, some of the visitors also tried to be a cameraman, reporter, and tested the ability to play games.
A number of students and lecturer creation exhibited in 5th De Syukron that was held in the East parking lot Gedung Sate, Friday-Saturday (23-24 / 10). Most of the work is already won at the national level competition.
The works displayed such as Aeromodelling and Payload Telemetry Research Group (APTRG) which won three awards at Payload Rocket and Rocket Indonesia Competition (KOMURINDO) and Charge Balloon Atmospheric Competition (Combat) 2015 onAugust in the Central Production and Testing of Rocket Institute of Aeronautics and Space Agency (LAPAN) Pameungpeuk, Garut, West Java. At this exhibition APTRG carried two units of drones, one rocket and one fixed wing.
There are also works from MBTI students Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB), the apps called Primoditi Sea Maarket. This work is incised achievement at Merdeka Hackathon competition which took place on 22-23 August and they were invited to the National Palace to present the work in front of President Joko Widodo.
Some game applications (games) by students of the Faculty of Applied Sciences also displayed at this exhibition. This games was quite draw attention a number of visitors who come to this event.
De Syukron 2015 is the fifth event held every year. The event is a commemoration for 70th Anniversary of West Java and was opened around 10:00 am by West Java Governor Ahmad Heryawan who was accompanied by Vice Governor Dedy Mizwar and some local personage. (purel / raf)
