West Java Government and HIPMI Targeted Hundred Thousand Entrepreneurs

BANDUNG, TEL-U – West Java Governor, Ahmad Heryawan claimed that have been targeting a hundred thousand new entrepreneurs resulting from cooperation with Indonesian Young Entrepreneurs Association (HIPMI). This target was formulated in the program which began on 2013. “Lead today, Alhamdulillah West Java government with all stakeholders have developed at least 60 thousand new entrepreneurs of small micro and medium entrepreneurs across sectors,” he said.

Heryawan’s statement was stated at the opening of Jambore HIPMI which took place at Telkom University Convention Hall (Tuch), Monday (23/5). Also present at the event was President Joko Widodo, a number of ministers, Director of Human Capital Management PT Telkom, Herdy R Harman chief of Telkom Foundation, and Top Management of Telkom University.

According to Heryawan, to set a better economy for Indonesia, especially based on Nawacita No. 6 and No. 7, its need to realize the economic independence by moving the strategic sectors of the domestic economy which continues to be strengthened by synergizing all nation’s components.

Therefore, Heryawan expected that young entrepreneurs who participated at Jamboree HIPMI become reliable entrepreneurs in the future. “Or in other words, there is a mabrurr Hajj in Prophet Muhammad’s pray and also there is a pray for the entrepreneurs, hopefully HIPMI and the young entrepreneurs become mabrurr entrepreneurs,” he said.
