10 Tel-U Students Participate in the 2022 LLDIKTI IV Thematic KKN Program

10 Telkom University students participated in the Thematic KKN program organized by the Regional 4 Higher Education Service Institute (LLDIKTI). , and Technology (Mendikbudristek).

The Tel-U student team who participated in the Thematic KKN program came from 6 faculties at Telkom University. They are Aishah Suci Utomo (FEB); Ahmad Ghazy Dananjaya (FIK); Ainun Adila (FIK); Sallim Ihza Afdhila (FIK); Muhammad Noor Rifani Gaddafi (FIF); Nicky Christian Touselak (FTE); Nur Fadillah Putri Dungga (FKB); Nabilla Putri Aurelia Handhoko (FKB); Ni’ma Ma’wal Jannah (FKB); Made Gangga Wiwardhana (FRI). Later, ten students will carry out KKN in 3 different areas for 30 days.

The KKN locations that will be occupied by Tel-U students include: Bagoang Village, Kec. Jasinga, Bogor; Curug Village, Kec. Cibaliung, Pandeglang; Sangiang Village, Kec. Mancak, Attack; and Sudimanik Village, Kec. Cibaliung, Pandeglang.

The thematic KKN supervisor, Murni Dwi Astuti, S.T., M.T, said that the purpose of this activity was to hone soft skills and partnerships in cross-disciplinary teamwork and student leadership in managing development programs in rural areas.

“The goal is to facilitate students and lecturers to apply their knowledge in solving problems in the village and the wider community. In addition, to improve the quality of the people of West Java and Banten as a strengthening of human resources that support the West Java Champion and Banten Programs that are Independent, Advanced and Prosperous.” said Pure.

This thematic KKN program carries the theme “West Java and Banten Universities Build Villages,” which will be implemented in 10 villages in Banten and 20 villages in West Java and will be attended by 554 students from 106 universities starting on July 18 s.d. August 21, 2022.

According to the Head of LLDIKTI Region IV, Dr. M. Samsuri, S.Pd., M.T., this program is expected to give students experience and direct contributions to society.

“The goal is for students ]to see how the problems are in the field and help solve these problems. Hopefully, through this KKN program, the wider community will feel the real contribution,” said Samsuri at the release of KKN Students, which was held in the LLDIKT Region IV Training Building Hall on July 18.
