It’s The Success Kick by Jimmy Rifai

BANDUNG, TEL-U – Executive Director & CEO IPMI International Business School, Jimmy M Rifai Gani, MPA has a myriad of tactics to gain success in digital era. One of them, is to increase innovation continuously.

“Digital Era provides many opportunities but also many challenges, because you can be successful in a short time but the success of it will be lost if it is not coupled with continuously innovations,” he said.

This statement was conveyed at the 6th Leader’s Talk organized by International Class Academic Office (ICAO) Tel-U in the Auditorium Hall, Tokong Nanas, Telkom University (Tel-U), Wednesday (18/5). Entitled “Principle Strategies for Competing in the Digital Area”, the event was attended by a number of invitations among others of BUMN in Bandung, head of the region, the head of the top 10 universities in Bandung, and of course, lecturers and students of Tel-U.

The Youngest Director of State Owned Enterprise (MURI Version) also conveyed a simple concept to compete in the digital era such as open mind, strong will and big heart coupled with innovation. “All people are born to be a winner depends on the pattern of thought. Success is a choice, and failure is part of life, “he said.

Moderator who is also chairman of the Committee 6th Leader’s Talk, Eka Yuliana, ST, MSM said that this event is very interesting because it refers to the Digital Era, which is not only refers to one discipline, but also multi disciplines. “Our hope is that the students capable to compete in the digital age professionally,” she said.
