Bandung, – Postgraduate & Advanced Learning (PSAL) Telkom University held an online Leader’s Talk entitled the Authentic Leadership in the Time of Crisis for Great Indonesia. This webinar takes place on Wednesday (18/11) through the Zoom Meeting platform so that it can be accessed by anyone anywhere.
Leader’s Talk itself is a regular talk show held by Telkom University by inviting various speakers to inspire the Tel-U academic community to create future generations of leaders.
As expressed by the Rector of Telkom University, Prof. Dr. Adiwijaya, “Leader’s Talk not only educates superior human resources but creates future leaders. Therefore, we routinely invite the best leaders to inspire us all. Hopefully, Tel-U graduates can create jobs to help the nation’s economy. We need to have uniformity so that this can be realized, through events like this it becomes a collaborative step for all of us so that we can work together to create a golden generation in 2045, “he said.
The speaker this time is the President Commissioner of PT. Paragon Technology Innovation, namely Nurhayati Subakat. In this webinar, he will share how successful PT. Paragon until now, to inspire the audience to follow in the footsteps of the company’s success.
Opening the sharing session with the theme Authentic Leadership in the Time of Crisis for a Great Indonesia, Nurhayati conveyed a quote that a leader is a person who is capable of doing the arts of heart, mind, and hands.
