“We want to implement the Center Of Excellence. So that all academic service processes need to be fast. Therefore, we associate all processes with digitization.”

Even before the pandemic, Tel-U prepared the creation of e-learning content so that the campus was ready to implement the Distance Learning (PJJ) program. So, if there are obstacles such as this pandemic, the e-learning content remains to be distributed. It is hoped that these two universities in the future can continue to collaborate in implementing digitalization in every service, especially academic services. So that there is an efficiency that can have a positive impact on the academic community.
