BANDUNG, Telkom University – As a form of continuous evaluation and ensuring the commitment of the ranks of the Information Technology Center Directorate in implementing a service management system (SMS) based on ISO 20000-1: 2018, by the TUV SUD Certification Agency in carrying out the Surveillance Audit 1 within the University Telkom in 2021.
The Surveillance Audit activity is scheduled to last for two days, from 08 – 09 February 2021, the Surveillance Audit will be conducted online. Starting by some Opening Meeting activities, and opened by the Vice-Rector I for Academic Affairs (QMR Telkom University), Mr. Dr. Dadan Rahadian, and was attended by the structural officials and staff, the ISO 20000-1: 2018 internal auditor team, and Mrs. Natalia Evianti as the external auditor of the TUV SUD certification body.
A series of activities carried out to prepare the Surveillance Audit ISO 20001: 2018, Telkom University Internal Audit Unit, previously carried out an Integrated Internal Audit against ISO 20000-1: 2018, ISO 21001: 2018, and ISO 27001: 2013, in December 2020 and meetings Management Review (RTM) in January 2021.
It is hoped that the Surveillance Audit activity as part of the mandatory monitoring audit carried out by the TUV SUD certification body, can ensure that Telkom University is still entitled and deserves to hold ISO 20000-1: 2018 Certification, as obtained in July 2020.
