Subang, University of Subang – In December 2016, Telkom University managed to get AIPT accreditation with index A. The achievement is not achieved without hard work, the entire civitas academica contributed fully in the last few years precisely when rebranding in 2013.
As an accredited university A, Telkom University has repeatedly received grants from Kemenristekdikti, one such as in the year 2017 July to October period, Quality Assurance Unit (SPM) Telkom University obtained grant Program of Superior Higher Education 2017 with grant of approximately Rp. 500 million rupiah.
This program provides an opportunity for Telkom University to buil
d some universities, one of them is Subang University (UNSUB) which focuses on Internal Quality Assurance System Training.
Training held on Friday, (14/7) at Campus 1 Subang University, Attended by Vice Rector 1 Academic Affairs Telkom University, Dr. Ir. Heroe Wijanto, Rector of UNSUB, Dr. Ir. HA. Moeslihat Komara M. Si, Chairman of SPM UNSUB, Dr. Iwan Henri Kusnadi, M.Si and UNSUB lecturers as trainees.
On his speech, Moeslihat appreciate the program to be implemented in the next few months. “I think we can learn much here from telkom university, we really appreciate this training program,” he said.
Heroe explained the size of success on this training, he revealed that the target is to get UNSUB at least B accreditation when proposing AIPT. Of course coupled with meet the requirements and indicators that have been determined.
“Staying connect and exchanging knowledge. Many things can be learned from Telkom University, and vice versa We are studying each other Our target for UNSUB is God willing, when submitting AIPT minimum B acccreditation.” Greet Heroe.
After giving a speech, the training materials were given directly to the participants. First material on the Higher Education Policy of Quality Guarantee was presented by Dr. Ir. Heroe Wijanto, The second material that discusses on Accreditation as the Quality Assurance of External & Accreditation Development was presented by Dr. Dadan Rahadian, the last material on Quality Assurance Standards by Sri Widaningrum Ir., M.T.
This series of training continues until the end of the year. In addition to UNSUB, there are other universities that become the guidance of Telkom University namely 45 Islamic University (UNISMA), Bekasi which will be held on Monday, (17/7).
