Telkom University Industrial Engineering Study Program is an Industrial Engineering Study Program specializing in Information and Communication Technology, which was established on September 28, 1990, and is one of the first established Study Programs at Telkom University (formerly Telkom Technology College, then Telkom Technology Institute ) Telkom University's Industrial Engineering Study Program is accredited A with No. SK. 065 / SK / BAN-PT / Accredited / S / II / 2015.
The curriculum in the Telkom University Industrial Engineering Study Program was designed with a total of 145 credits taken in 4 years / 8 semesters. At level I students are provided with basic courses for Engineering, level II students are provided with courses relevant to the field of Industrial Engineering, while at level III students are provided with design courses that integrate courses that have been obtained in previous years and at level IV students are provided with selected courses that are in demand by students as supporters of Final Project work and sharpening skills.
The Industrial Engineering Study Program of Telkom University aims to produce graduates who have a strong understanding of integrated system aspects and industrial engineering with good competence. The Telkom Industrial Industrial Engineering study program produces graduates in 3 categories:
Professional employees in industrial engineering, namely graduates who have the ability to work as members / leaders in early management by applying competencies in the field of Industrial Engineering,
Further studies, namely graduates who have the ability to develop their knowledge and skills continuously and are able to continue their higher level study in the field of Industrial Engineering or other fields are still in accordance with the competencies of Industrial Engineering.
Entrepreneurs, namely graduates who have an entrepreneurial spirit, are able to create jobs for themselves and others, who have the ability to make business by applying competencies in industrial engineering.
The Industrial Engineering Program curriculum is a curriculum with a competency-based approach that uses a framework that is in accordance with the curriculum of DIKTI, ABET (Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology) and BKSTI (Collaborative Agency for Indonesian Industrial Higher Education).
