Telkom University is an educational institution committed to becoming a world-class university that plays an active role in the development of information technology-based science. Telkom University also has a mission in providing quality education services as evidenced by the various achievements achieved starting from achieving the 1st rank in the category of Indonesian Private Universities from the Ministry of Technology Research and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia (Kemenristekdikti).

In addition, Telkom University is consistently trying to improve the quality of institutions both oriented towards national and international standards as evidenced by obtaining the “A” Accreditation or Excellent from the National Accreditation Board for Higher Education (BAN-PT), while the number of universities in Indonesia with “A” accreditation is only 1.92% which further guarantees the quality of the university.

Telkom University has succeeded in producing alumni which reached 48,151 people. Most of these alumni have worked in various companies, both domestic and international. Some of the alumni continue their studies to further education.
