BANDUNG, Telkom University: Closing the year 2021, Telkom University has finished carrying out the Internal Quality Audit (AMI) II in 2021. The implementation of AMI II has been taking place from 16 to 22 December 2021.
The implementation of AMI II in 2021 aims to check compliance with ISO 20000-1:2018, ISO 21001:2018, and ISO 27001:2013 standards. AMI II in 2021, followed by 32 auditors, 11 directorates, and seven faculties within Telkom University and three units or sections.
According to Roswan Latuconsina- the head of the Internal Audit Unit (SAI) Telkom University, the audit covering the three ISO standards concluded that the average fulfillment of each ISO standard was sufficient. It is because it had exceeded 90%, an increase from the previous which was still below 90%.
“From the results obtained, it can be a joint opportunity for us to continue to improve the quality of our education services, as well as preparation for the AME (External Quality Audit) surveillance audit 1 ISO 21001: 2018 and ISO 20000-1: 2018 in early 2022.” Obviously.
Dr. Dadan Rahadian, Deputy Chancellor I for Academic Affairs, a Quality Management Representative (QMR) at Telkom University, expressed his gratitude to all auditors and auditees who have carried out AMI II in 2021 well.
“If anything is found to be lacking in this audit, it is an opportunity for us to improve, in order to improve quality assurance at Telkom University, so that in the future we can continue to provide the best quality education for the people and nation of Indonesia.”
