BANDUNG, Telkom University โ Telkom University, as an ICT-based university, continues to strive to improve the quality of Information Technology (IT) management. This time, Telkom University underwent a Hybrid Surveillance Audit II ISO 20000-1:2018, both online and offline, at Telkom University, Thursday (3/2).
This ISO 20000-1:2018 II audit was carried out by Nur Kamal Bin Kamari and Natalia Evianti from the TUV SUD Certification Body. This audit is the last surveillance before the preparation of Renewal for ISO 20000-1:2018 next year.
Previously, Telkom University was certified to ISO 20000-1:2018 for internet services, attendance systems, and information system development in 2020, and in 2017 Telkom University was previously certified to ISO 20000-1:2011. It makes Telkom University the only university that achieves international standards in IT service management.
Dr. Dadan Rahadian, Deputy Rector I for Academic Affairs, a Quality Management Representative (QMR) at Telkom University, expressed his hope that this audit could improve Telkom University, especially for IT services, to improve the quality of education.
“Thank you to the auditors and auditees who have participated in the audit process this time. Hopefully, through this activity, we can jointly give the best to our stakeholders, especially students, to support the teaching and learning process and improve the quality of education in Indonesia.”
