Entering the 2020/2021 Academic Year, Telkom University Organized Lecture Facilitation for Lecturers

Zoom, Telkom University – Telkom University will soon enter the New Academic Year of the Odd Semester of the 2020/2021 Academic Year which will be effective on September 7, 2020, to be precise. An odd semester lecturing activity was attended by all lecturers at Telkom University considering the conditions in this academic year were still in the disruption of the Covid-19 pandemic that hit Indonesia.

The students will have online lectures. Tel-U’s infrastructure to carry out online lectures has been prepared in advance. So that it can provide the best service for students.

Rector of Telkom University, Prof. Dr. Adiwijaya revealed that every academic community, especially lecturers, can give their best, maintain health and be patient to protect all students during the online teaching and learning process.

“I order this online lecture, hopefully, it will run well, because no matter what, the main point that needs to be achieved is the competence of each set course.” said the chancellor.

Telkom University has also prepared three excellent programs called the Work Ready Program (WRAP), which are related to the fields of Entrepreneurship, Internship, and Research ship.

Lecturers are expected to be adaptive, collaborative, and innovative during this pandemic. Become a role model that not only provides learning services and skills but also inspires students to become the successor and golden generation in 2045.

Besides, several habitats need to be formed in students later by Tel-U lecturers, including Broad Perspective, the ability to maintain harmony in a heterogeneous environment. Communication Skills: Able to identify problems, connect context and concepts, and be able to convey them well. Collaborative: Able to cooperate with any party to contribute to the country. Contribution Opportunity: Students can implement any contribution to the environment. Be Passionate: Having a seriousness to remain steadfast in solving problems. Do The Best: Do everything with the best results to produce the best work that will benefit this nation.

Closing this event, Vice-Rector I for Academic Affairs, Dr. Dadan Rahadian hopes that lecturers can continue to innovate in the teaching process to students. “I want to appreciate the lecturers for the proud achievement of Tel-U, having become the best private campus for two consecutive years.
