BANDUNG, TEL-U – Fresh and innovative ideas is needed in organizational life. That’s being built by Ministry of Finance Republic of Indonesia. Furthermore, the management of Kemenkeu did comparative study to Telkom University (Tel-U), Friday (11/9).
“The management in the Ministry of Finance intends to comparative study on the management in making innovative changes on their environmental institutions,” said Head of TUKH Administrative Officer and Public Relations Human Resources Development Training Center Board of Education and Training Ministry of Finance, Muhammad Yusuf Arriza.
He added that the major theme of this comparative study is the development of leadership. Expected, these leaders can be a working partner for his subordinates. Not just reign, but may embrace his subordinates to carry out innovative solutions and creating positive changes.
“We expect from this activities can obtain fresh ideas that can be applied in the finance ministry,” said Muhammad Yusuf Arriza.
The management of the Ministry of Finance was warmly welcomed in the Multimedia Room of Bangkit Building by Vice Rector IV Dr. M. Yahya Arwiyah, SH., MH, and Vice Rector for Academic Affairs Dr. Heroe Wijanto and PPM Director Tel-U Dr.Palti Sitorus. (purel / risca)
