The Indonesian House of Representatives Expertise Board held a National Seminar with the theme ‘Following Up on Conditional Unconstitutional Court Decisions on Law no. 11 Rahun 2020 concerning Job Creation and Implementation of Economic Elections Impact of Covid-19. This activity was held in Jakarta on Friday (11/3).
This National Seminar was attended by 400 participants consisting of Heads of the Center within the Expertise Body of the DPR RI, the Secretariat General of the DPR RI, Functional Officials in the Expertise Body of the DPR RI, and Experts on Council Equipment.
This activity was carried out to strengthen the quality of support from the DPR RI Expertise Board in carrying out the functions of the DPR RI through increasing insight, knowledge of the Expertise Body HR, and input from resource persons namely all Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) Partners.
In this activity, the Rector of Telkom University, Prof. Dr. Adiwijaya, was present as a resource person. Prof. Adiwijaya said that there needs to be a reflection on the Conditional Constitutional Court Decision on Law no. 11 Rahun 2020 concerning Job Creation and Implementation of Economic Elections Impact of Covid-19.
“There is optimism for economic recovery through the digital economy momentum. In addition to superior human resources, regulations are needed to accelerate this growth.”
