BANDUNG, Telkom University – Financial Services Authority (OJK) together with Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) Telkom University held a Studium Generale event which was attended by FEB students at Damar Building Telkom University Friday (12/14).
Enitled “Acceleration of Fintech & Financial Inclusion” this event was one of the follow-ups of the MoU between Telkom University and OJK last August.
As the first university to become a partner of OJK Digital Financial Innovation Center (OJK INFINITY), Telkom University has a mission to build the capacity of business people, professionals and FinTech users in Indonesia. This event was held to discuss the development of fintech including the opportunities and challenges faced in creating financial inclusion with the speaker Sukarela Batunanggar Deputy Board of Commissioners of OJK Institute and Digital Financial Innovation.
According to Sukarela activity like this is very important for OJK, because OJK can discuss together with students about the development of fintech which is currently widely used by present generation.
“Through innovation infinity, we (OJK) want to invite students and universities to discuss and develop current fintech innovations together, so that fintech is able to make Indonesian economy better.”
