BANDUNG, Telkom University – After a dorm check-in, all new students of Telkom University class of 2022 will undergo the Introduction to Campus Life for New Students (PKKMB).
The 2022 PKKMB will take place from 12 September 2022 until it is closed with the Telkom University New Student Admission Senate Open Session on 23 September 2022. At the online opening of the 2022 PKKMB Tuesday (13/9), the Director of Student Affairs at Telkom University, Desy Dwi Nurhandayani, stated that the PKKMB activity was attended by 7,868 new undergraduate and Diploma program students.
Desy added that this PKKMB activity would take place online and offline. This activity is Telkom University’s effort to shape the character of future leaders of the nation who are characterized as superior and have a love for the homeland.
“Through the theme Let’s Start Our Journey, we hope that new fellow students can follow this activity to completion and be able to adapt to the Telkom University campus environment,” he said.
Rector of Telkom University, Prof. Adiwijaya, advised all new students of Telkom University to become a strong generation. Students must be problem solvers for their surroundings, have self-management and leadership, and update on technological developments.
“A student must be able to solve problems in the community and around him, and have leadership that can work with others. Then, as a technology-based campus, Tel-U students must be able to update on technological developments and generate ideas and innovations. Best for the benefit of society.” he said.
Through the message, Prof. Adiwijaya hopes all-new Telkom University students can provide solutions to society so that national leaders can be born from this campus.
