Ramadhan Seminar with Telkom University Alumni Forum (FAST)

Bandung, April 16, 2022 – Telkom University Alumni Forum (FAST), together with Telkom University Campus, held a Ramadan Seminar, which took place on Saturday (16/4) at the Syamsul Ulum Mosque at Telkom University (Tel-U). This activity carries the theme of Optimizing Digital Talents in Building the Nation by presenting Tel-U alumni who will share their inspirational materials.

Rector of Telkom University, Prof. Dr. Adiwijaya, revealed that he was proud of the alumni who had made achievements in the professional world.

“Today, we are all brought together to continue to collaborate for the progress of this nation. Hopefully, alumni, academics, with orphans around campus will add to the blessings of this activity. I also hope that our fast today until the end of Ramadan will be accepted by Allah SWT.” said Adiwijaya.

The head of FAST, Sri Safitri, gave a speech with appreciation to all parties involved. According to him, all parties contributed to making this impossible event possible.

“There are 27 Telkom Group subsidiaries that support this event both morally and materially. It needs to be appreciated. We also managed to organize this event in a hybrid way. This event was a success thanks to the solidarity of Telkom University alumni.” said Sri.

The committee presented some well-known speakers in their fields, including the Head of the Center for Data & Information Technology – Ministry of Education and Culture, M. Hasan Chabibie; Coil’s CEO, Hugo Diba; Finance & Risk Management Director Telkomsel, Mohamad Ramzy; and Chairman of the FAST Presidential Advisory Council, Dedi Suherman.

At the end of the event, FAST jointly distributed cash compensation for 700 orphans in the orphanage, in the form of goods as much as 550 pax for residents around the Telkom University campus, compensation for the development of the Telkom University General Syamsul Mosque of Rp. 150,000,000,- and Telkom University endowment fund donation of Rp. 100,000,000,-. May this activity be a blessing for all of us.
