BANDUNG, Telkom University – Telkom University had the opportunity to present the Autonomous UVC Mobile Robot (AUMR) robot innovation in collaboration with the Indonesian Institute of Sciences (LIPI) to the West Java Governor Ridwan Kamil, in the Pakuan Building on Saturday (18/4).

In this presentation Emil, a well-known name for Ridwan Kamil welcomed the innovations that have been made by Telkom University, according to him, Telkom University (Tel-U) through the knowledge has made useful innovations during this COVID-19 pandemic.

“I welcome the innovation carried out by Telkom University that has created the Autonomous UVC Mobile Robot (AUMR) robot which can disinfect through ultraviolet light through remote control.” Said, Emil.

Emil said this tool is very suitable to be applied in government referral hospitals for handling COVID-19, to carry out disinfection without direct contact with people.
