BANDUNG, Telkom University – There are two essential things to increase your value: evaluating yourself and understanding your weaknesses and strengths.
It was conveyed by the Deputy Regent of Bandung Regency, Sahrul Gunawan, in the General Lecture on Character Building organized by the School of Industrial Engineering (FRI) Telkom University Monday (7/11).
“I learned to understand what flaws were in me, and from there, I learned what to highlight, and I am interested in developing my potential in communicating and getting involved in the creative world.” Said Sahrul Gunawan.
This public lecture, held at the Damar Telkom University Building, was attended by all study programs from FRI, namely S1 Industrial Engineering, S1 Information Systems, and S1 Digital Supply Chain Class of 2022, with the Excellent theme Character: Creative Thinking.
In her speech, Vice Rector for Admissions, Student Affairs, Careers, and Telkom University Alumni, Dr. Dida Diah Damajanti said that students must have the 4Cs, Critical Thinking, Communication, Collaboration, Creativity, and innovation.
“The 4Cs will be your provision to be able to compete globally, and we hope that this activity will be your provision and provide benefits for students so that they can provide the best for Indonesia in the future.” Obviously.
In this forum, the Vice Regent advised all students to continue to increase their creativity and collaborate with colleagues.
“Currently, your sources for multiplying references for creative thinking are numerous. The media sources you use can come from anywhere. Therefore continue to explore your potential, make more friends, and continue to hone your creativity so that in the future, you can become individuals who can compete and become human resources. which is superior to Indonesia,” he said.
