BANDUNG, TEL-U – Executive Board of Communications and Business Telkom University (BEM FKB Tel-U) through the Department of Arts Sport and Culture organized FKB Celebration Day on Sunday (1/11). Entitled “Picnic Time”, the event aimed to provide a sense of familiarity and warmth that will be interwoven stronger between the surrounding communities and students of FKB Telkom University.
FKB Celebration Day started with Chaerobic or morning exercise. After the exercise, participants were treated with free milk and bread. Activities organized in FKB field is enlivened by more than 90 participants consisting of students and the community surrounding Telkom University.
Furthermore, the event continued with Mark-Eat-Ing, an educational tool for Tel-U freshman to try entrepreneurship. Each participant is provided a fruit stand that only specialized in selling food and drinks.
FKB series of Celebration Day then closed with entertainment held in the grounds of Faculty of Applied Sciences. Various performers such as modern dance, bands, stand up comedy, to one of national singers, Adera enliven FKB Day Celebration.
The chairman of FKB Celebration Event Day, Aryo Iswan handed symbolic charitable funds collected from ticket’s sale to Children Orphanage Bani Salam Foundation and Smoke Victims in Riau.
The committee of FKB Celebration Day, Andi M. Zulfikar hoped that anyone who contributed to this event would be happy with the event. ” This such happiness will lead to comfortable feeling, togetherness and solidarity between students Tel-U and the society,” he said. (purel / EAD / BEMFKB)
