BANDUNG, Telkom University – The Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia (Ministry of PANRB RI)ย with Telkom University (Tel-U) socialized the Minister of PANRB Regulation No. 5 of 2020 concerning SPBE Risk Management Guidelines (Electronic Based Government System).
Entitled the SPBE Communication and Socialization Event (SPSI ACTION), this event held via Zoom and live broadcasted on the Ministry of PANRB Youtube Channel, Wednesday (6/5).
Deputy of the Institutional and Administrative Affairs Ministry of PANRB Rini Widyantini as Keynote Speech at this event explains the Cooperation that has been established with Telkom University for the past 3 years.
“This cooperation established 3 years ago, and to date, some contributions have been contributed by Tel-U to the Ministry of PANRB, especially in the formation of this SPBE.” She said.
Rini explained that the PANRB Ministerial Regulation No. 5 of 2020 is the Establishment of the SPBE Risk Management Policy, a strategic step in the framework of building the SPBE management policy foundation, which is used as a reference for the implementation of SPBE risk management in government agencies.
“In risk management will also be found positive risks and negative risks, where the positive risks will be found the technological opportunities 4.0 which include Cloud Computing, Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things, and Big Data Analytic while the negative risks include, Budgeting Risk, Application Development Risk, Security Risk, and Service Risk. ” She explained.
Based on those points, Rini invited all ASN (State Civil Apparatus) to be fully committed to establishing a risk awareness culture.
“To achieve the SPBE’s risk management objectives, the participation of all parties, especially to government leaders, is needed to encourage SPBE risk management to all ASNs.” She said.
Telkom University Rector Prof. In his remarks, Adiwijaya thanked the Ministry of PANRB for allowing Telkom University to contribute to this activity.
“As a university that continues to contribute to this nation, we say thank you for the opportunity given by the PANRB Ministry to formulate this SPBE. It is our responsibility to create the best innovation for this nation. โHe said.
This activity also enlivened by panel discussions with speaker Assistant Deputy for Policy Formulation and Coordination of the Implementation of Electronic-Based Government Systems Ministry of PANRB, Dr. Imam Machdi, Drafting Team for the Regulation of the Minister of PANRB No. 5/2020, and the Lecturer of Telkom University Information Systems Study Program Rahmat Mulyana. This panel discussion was moderated by Soni Fajar, the Head of Telkom University Strategic Cooperation Section, and the External Evaluator of the PANRB Permen SPBE Evaluator.
