BANDUNG, Telkom University – Four Telkom University students successfully participated in the Techbros One Day CEO Program organized by an IoT company in Europe and Germany, namely Techbros. The four students are Daffa Shiddiq Nur Awan (S1 Informatics), Ridhwan Nashir (S1 Informatics), Febby Fitri Permadani (S1 Telecommunication Engineering), and Rizqy Ilmi Naufal (S1 Telecommunication Engineering).
One Day CEO Program is an initiative program from Techbros to allow young talents to become CEO of Techbros for a day. The program contains leadership, entrepreneurship, management, and self-confidence boosters.
“This program is a continuous program of the Techbros internship program held from June 21, 2021, to October 22, 2021. Participants are trained in leadership and understanding of principles in organizational management,” explained Rizqy.
Febby explained that he and his friends participated in this program starting from the internship program at the Techbros company. The best internship participants are then selected to participate in the One Day CEO Program.
“Initially, I joined Techbros’ Global Internship program. Each mentor told his team that there would be a One Day CEO program where each mentor had to choose one worthy or best member from each team to join the One Day CEO program. Thank God I was chosen and was able to participate in the One Day CEO program.”
This program is carried out for one month online. Every week a meeting is held with the CEO of Techbros, namely Mr. Yudhi Rahadian, who provides material, sharing sessions, and various discussions at each meeting. Each participant must create his own business/startup idea in this program. Finally, the participant is allowed to be a CEO for a day and execute his business.
“Hopefully, in the future, Techbros and Telkom University can continue this kind of program because it is beneficial for the personal formation of students and the development of companies,” said Rizqy.
