BANDUNG, TEL-U – Three days ahead, Telkom University (Tel-U) will undergo Initial External Quality Audit ISO 9001: 2008. On the first day of audit, Monday (22/6), the entire management of the institution and faculty support Tel-U following the first meeting of the Initial External Quality Audit at Bangkit Building 5th floor, Monday (22/6).
Audit scope includes supply and management of diploma program education services, undergraduate and support units. Auditor of PT Bureau Veritas Indonesia, Olrah Pattinama provide direction before the audit is implemented.
“This audit aims to ensure that Tel-U management system complies with all the requirements of the audit standard. An audit also ascertain how effective Tel-U in implementing a plan that has been made, “said Olrah.
He added that the auditor will also ensure how the management is able to achieve the goals set out in the organization’s policies. “The auditor will use four methods of audit, namely by verifying, observation, interview and sampling,” said Olrah.
This external audit process will last until Wednesday (24/6). The audit results will be successful if management Tel-U consistently perform the procedures and requirements of the standard. (Purel / risca)
