BANDUNG, Telkom University – The ISO 21001:2018 Surveillance Audit has been completed. The audit took place from March 14 to March 16, 2022, and invited auditors Boedi Minarto and Doto Kholil, who are auditors from the British Standards Institution (BSI), who have provided ISO 21001:2018 recommendations for Telkom University.
Boedi expressed his gratitude and appreciation to all parties involved in this audit, where both the faculty and the directorate had performed the audit very well.
“Although there are some findings, these findings are minor, and improvements can be made within the agreed time,” he said.
Vice-Rector I for Academic Affairs and QMR (Quality Management Representative) Telkom University, Dr. Dadan Rahadian, said that the findings during the audit were sampling, which could also be an improvement for Telkom University in the future.
“Thank you to the team of auditors who have carried out the audit very well, and thank you to the directorate and faculties who have undergone the audit. Hopefully, this audit can inspire us to provide the best quality education for the Indonesian people and future generations,” he said.
