BANDUNG, Telkom University โ Telkom University and Bank DKI agreed to establish cooperation in the Tri Dharma of higher education, the development of institutional resources, and the provision and utilization of banking services.
The cooperation is contained in a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed directly by the Chancellor of Telkom University, Prof. Dr. Adiwijaya, and Director of PT Bank DKI, Babay Parid Wazdi, at the Bangkit Building, Telkom University, Wednesday (14/9).
The scope of this collaboration, in addition to the Tri Dharma of higher education (Education, Research, and Community Service), includes student internship programs, organizing training and certification, workshops, other scientific activities, and joint institutional activities.
Rector of Telkom University, Prof. Adiwijaya, said that this collaboration is expected to provide benefits not only for each institution but more broadly to help the people and nation of Indonesia.
“In the future, we hope that this collaboration can be implemented immediately and can be developed into a more detailed PKS (Cooperation Agreement) so that it can provide wider benefits,” he said.
The Director of Bank DKI expressed his gratitude to Telkom University for being willing to cooperate with Bank DKI, agreeing with what was conveyed by the Rector of Telkom University. He hopes that this collaboration can provide benefits to the Indonesian nation.
“Hopefully, this cooperation can be developed further so it will provide more benefits for Tel-U and Bank DKI,” he said.
