As the best private university (PTS), Telkom University has made another proud achievement in the middle of 2021. The two achievements are from Times Higher Education (THE) Asian University Rankings (AUR) and Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) World University Rankings (WUR).
THE AUR has released its latest list of top universities in Indonesia. Telkom University is still the only private university that occupies the 8th position in Indonesia with a total score of 17.35.
The performance indicators of THE Asia University Rankings 2021 are grouped into five areas, namely: Teaching (the learning environment) (15,4); Research (volume, income, and reputation) (10,5); Citations (research influence) (22.2); International outlook (staff, students and research) (15.5); and Industry Income (knowledge transfer) (33.8).
Along with the above achievements, QS WUR 2022 released that Telkom University achieved an overall score of 8.1. This makes Tel-U one of the top 9 leading universities in Indonesia.
The results of the scores above are based on several assessments including Academic Reputation (5); Employer Reputation (6.2); Citation per Faculty (1.3); Faculty Students (24); International Faculty (4.8); and International Students (2.4).

Meanwhile, QS is a World university rating agency based in London, England, using an assessment based on a rating evaluation system related to innovation, openness, educational services including research and teaching, benefiting the surrounding community (community service), and also related to resource support.
