BANDUNG, Tel-U โ Mens Sana in Corpore Sano, a Latin expression which translated into, โa healthy mind in a healthy bodyโ seems to drive the people to keep exercising especially for the Telkom Universityโs academic community.
Take a look at the tennis court enthusiast for example. On Wednesday, (11/06), Telkom Universityโs academic community was seen at the tennis court in the Bandung Techno Park Complex. They are actually the member of Club Tennis Tel-U (CTT) who held Tennis Fun Games.
This event was held to strengthen the relationship especially those who are the member of Club Tennis Tel-U. The similar message was also said by former Vice Rector in Finance and Human Resources, Hendratno, SE., Akt., M.M, that CTT holds a routine collective tennis training.
โWe usually train on Wednesday and Friday from 6.00 am until 8.30 am to avoid clash with the working hours. But, recently we rarely met and held a training, therefore we held this Tennis Fun Games to actually strengthen our relationship,โ he said.
Hendratno said that Club Tennis Tel-U is open for everyone who wanted to join. โOur member consists of lecturer, employee, TPA and even if the student wanted to join, we are very welcome. We provide a special schedule for the first timer on Thursday from 6.00 am until 8.30 am too,โ he added.
So, would you like to join the club? (Purel/RD)
