BANDUNG, TEL-U โ The rapidly change of technology development must be balanced between the desire and interest to learn both students and faculty. “Therefore, teachers should follow the current development to catch up with technology development,” said Professor of Public Relations Faculty of Communication, University of Padjadjaran (Unpad Fikom PR) Prof. Soleh Soemirat.
It is delivered by Soleh at the event curriculum sharing season that was held on the 2nd floor of Intata Building Faculty of Communications and Business Telkom University (FKB Tel-U), on Tuesday (13/10). “The development of science so quickly, including those under the auspices of Communication so that lecturer as if it should be able to master all things,” he said.
Sharing season activity is to discuss the design of curriculum establishment of new study programs at FKB, one of the Public Relations (PR). “Every study programs need adequate facilities and infrastructures such as lab to support learning, human resources support as lecturer doctoral degrees, and books as a learning reference need to be prepared early,” he added.
Team leader of Communication Studies Study Program responsible for re-accreditation, Reni Nuraeni, S.Sos, M.Si said sharing activity this season is not only about the process and stages of formation Public Relations study program, but in relation to the preparation of re-accreditation that will be undertaken by Communication Studies Study Program.
“In the face of Ikom program re-accreditation, we’ve done the preparation ranging from curriculum development and related matters,” said Reni. (purel / dit / raf)
