After passed through the judging process for a couple of months ago, Tim UpSee Studio Tel- U won The Mobile Games Developer Challenge 2015 in the Rookie category.
The team, led by Alfian Akbar Gozal, lecturer of Tel-U consists of Muhammad Alif Akbar (S1 informatics engineering 2013), Reza Stallone Asmuruf (D3 Informatics Engineering 2014), Reynold Erwandi (D3 Informatics Engineering 2014), Ibrahim Al-Mahi (S1 Computer Systems in 2014) and Andini Setya Arianti (DKV 2012).
According to Alif Akbar, Mobile Games Developer Rookie Challenge was followed by 192 novice developer teams from 36 cities. “The attainment parameter of this championship is measured by how many millions of people out there to download the games,” he said.
Games were named Land on Stage received 20,000 points. These games ask the player to save an acrobatic circus from the threat chase. The championship was organized by Dicoding, a place for developers to compete with the aim of bridging the homeland developers with project owners in producing quality applications. (Purel / Sarah)
