BANDUNG, TEL-U – As a part of Second Anniversary Telkom University (Tel-U) and Bandung ICT Expo 2015 (10-12 September 2015), Tel-U and China Telecommunications Vendor Zhongxing Telecommunication Equipment (ZTE) agreed to develop Indonesian human resources with knowledge and high skills in the field of ICT.
This agreement is discussed in a meeting attended by Telkom University Rector Prof. Mochamad Ashari, M.Eng., Ph.D., Telkom University Vice Rector of foreign affairs Ir. A.M.A. Suyanto, MBA., DBA, Director of International Cooperation and Admission Rinna Fridiana, SE., MM. and President Director of ZTE Mr. May Zhonghua and Management Director Banyan Lee.
Previous Telkom University has received assistance Laboratory Facilities Development and Training Center Telecommunications sophisticated in Indonesia from ZTE. Laboratory and Training Center is specifically intended to improve the competence of Telkom University students to have international certification in the field of ICT.
In this meeting Mr. May Zhonghua expressed a desire to develop cooperation more broadly with Telkom University started with scholarships from ZTE to the best student Telkom University, other support will be given to Telkom University is to give trainer telecommunications experienced from branch ZTE Corporation throughout the world to come to Telkom University and deliver materials up to date on the world of Telecommunications Technology to students Telkom University.
