Pasar Kreatif (Creative Market) 2018: A Vessel for Creative Industry Players in Bandung
Bandung, Telkom University – Student Affairs Telkom University once again held the Creative Market 2018. Just like the previous year, this creation exhibition was held in the green open space of the Creative Industry Faculty (FIK) on Monday (29/10).
There were more than 20 product creations on display at this event. The creations were products of students and business player of Small Medium Business (UKM) which were unique and interesting.
According to the Director of Student Affairs, Telkom University, Dr. Andijoko, this exhibition was not just an art aspect, but any form of creativity outside of art could also be displayed.
“Now the aspects of creativity are not fixed, for example, there are creative preneur, digipreneur, and culinary preneur. Everything is the result of creative thinking, “he said when opening this event which began from 9 in the morning.
Instilling entrepreneurial spirit in each student body is in line with the target of Telkom University strategic plan, which is to become Entrepreneurial University. This is the target launched since 2017, relevant activities continue to be encouraged to realize the target.
The purpose of the creative market is nothing but to form the mentality of doing business. How students are able to map business, see potential, develop, and compete in the real world.
