Bandung, Gedung Indonesia Menggugat – School of Creative Industries (FIK) held a Final Exhibition which started from July 18th until July 20th, 2017 at Gedung Indonesia Menggugat, Kota Bandung. This exhibition is last event of students majoring in Design of Visual Communication on Multimedia concentration before they graduate from university.
The exhibition features the theme “Cut to Cut”, which showcases the work of 80 final students of FIK consisting of 16 films (tv program, short fiction, documentary), 20 animations and 5 games for instructional media.
Multimedia Lecturer, Lingga Agung revealed that FIK students include the shortest waiting period of work after graduation. This is because the opportunity to showcase the work to the industry directly.
“Many of our students (FIK) have a waiting period for working briefly, fresh graduate but already received in bona fide companies. Why? That is the impact of the exhibition that we often do. Not infrequently the industry present to our exhibition just look at the portfolio of student work “.
The exhibition that has been held about 4 times this attracted a lot of public attention in the area of Bandung, since two days ago has been visited by several crew of media, industry, also students from other universities.
