Bookstore

The Tel-U Press BookStore is Telkom University’s official campus bookstore, providing students and academic staff with easy access to textbooks, academic references, research publications, and university-published materials. Conveniently located on campus, the bookstore stocks a wide range of titles across all disciplines taught at the university. It also serves as a hub for supporting academic achievement, offering both print and digital resources to enrich the learning experience of all TelUtizens.

Telkom University features a rich variety of social spaces spread across its green campus, designed to encourage interaction, relaxation, and community building among students. From the iconic traditional Javanese gazebo (pendopo) surrounded by lush gardens, to modern covered outdoor lounge areas, Wifi corners, and scenic walkways – these social rooms provide the perfect setting for informal study, casual gatherings, and student activities. Support Center of Minority Groups


Telkom University is committed to creating an inclusive and accessible campus for all. The Unit Layanan Disabilitas (Disability Services Unit) serves as a dedicated support center providing assistance, advocacy, and tailored services for students with disabilities. Under the banner of #inclusionInAction – Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, the center ensures that every student, regardless of physical or cognitive ability, can fully participate in academic and campus life. Facilities include wheelchair-accessible ramps, specialized support services, and a welcoming environment that upholds the values of equity and respect for all.

Telkom University provides dedicated religious facilities to support the spiritual needs of its diverse campus community. The campus mosque is a prominent landmark, offering ample space for daily prayers, Friday sermons, and various Islamic activities and events. With its distinctive architectural style featuring elegant arched windows and spacious prayer halls, the mosque serves as a spiritual anchor for Muslim students and staff. TUC

Tel-U Car (TUC) or better known as Tuc-Tuc can be utilized by TelUtizen to mobilize or do activities in the Telkom University environment for free. TelUtizen can use this environmentally friendly electric vehicle by monitoring the stop route or location of Tuc Tuc through the MyTelU Mobile application in real time which is available on the Play Store and Apps Store. In this feature, TelUtizen can see the operational routes of TUC including the TUC#1 route circling the area of the Damar Post Building, General Lecture Building (GKU), Telkom University Landmark Tower (TULT), and Bandung Techno Park (BTP). For TUC#2 circling the area of the Faculty of Applied Sciences (FIT) building, Telkom University Convention Hall (TUCH), Putra Dormitory Building, Telkom University Landmark Tower (TULT), and Bandung Techno Park (BTP). While TUC#3 circling the Alor Parking, Putra Dormitory Building, Telkom University Landmark Tower (TULT), and Bandung Techno Park (BTP).

Dormitory Building

Tel-U dormitory is often known as a place for students from outside Bandung to support their learning activities and complete their studies. In addition, there are various coaching programs for students to help students develop their competence, character, morals and uphold life together in socializing, family, and independence. Telkom University dormitory has 18 dormitory buildings consisting of 10 male dormitory buildings and 8 female dormitory buildings with a capacity of 2 people per room. All coaching activities in the dormitory will be routinely supervised by the Telkom University Student Affairs Directorate. The Telkom University dormitory facilities are quite complete.

Open Library

Telkom University Library or better known as Open Library (OpLib) Tel-U is a Scientific Resources & Library (SDK & Perpustakaan) unit under the Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs of Telkom University. Open Library Tel-U has more than 129,575 collection titles with a total of 193,033 copies. In supporting academic activities, Open Library Tel-U which is supported by the development of library system information technology continues to improve services, databases, and library collections and provide excellent service to all users. Open Library Tel-U is one of the libraries that received “A” accreditation from the National Library of the Republic of Indonesia in 2015.
To continue to support the benefits for all TelUtizen, Telkom University Open Library also initiated activities to drive literacy such as “Telkom University Literacy Event”, “Library Open Discussion”, book donation fundraising, foster library programs in several remote areas, and educating anti-plagiarism.
