Telkom University sepakati   kerjasama dengan Pemerintah Propinsi (pemprov) Jawa Barat.  Penandatanganan kesepakatan bersama diwakilkan oleh Wakil Rektor IV, Dr. Muhammad Yahya Arwiyah, SH.,MH. Di saat yang sama,  Pemprov Jabar dan Yayasan Pendidikan Telkom (YPT)  menandatangani kesepakatan bersama. Penandatanganan dilakukan oleh Ketua YPT Johni Girsang, MSc. Penandatanganan kesepakatan bersaama berlangsung pada acara Seminar dan Lokakarya   Penguatan Sistem Inovasi yang berlangsung di Convention 1, Haris Hotel&Conventions Festival Citylink, Selasa (26/11/2013).

TESCA ( Telkom Smart Campus Award ) is an award given Telkom to public and private universities in Indonesia. Especially in the aspects of the implementation of information and communication technology. In the event TESCA, IT Telkom obtain an index value of 4.040 from 5000 scale. The award took place at Dharmawangsa South Jakarta, Wednesday ( 05/01/2013 ).

TESCA is Begian of Telkom’s commitment to encourage universities in Indonesia, doing a variety of acceleration to improve quality through the utilization of information and communication technology in teaching and learning practices on campus . In 2013, TeSCA have measured 551 college consists of 59 public universities and 492 private universities. As well as covering all types of public universities, namely college (99 campuses), institutions (29 campuses), polytechnic (45 Campus) , high school (201 campus) and University (177 campus) are spread in 26 provinces .

Institute Technology Telkom (now Telkom Engineering School) achieved first rank award Telkom Smart Campus Award (TESCA) in 2013 for the category of the institute . Followed by Institute Management Telkom ( now Telkom Business School ) took second place in the category of the institute, and Telkom Polytechnic (now Telkom Applied Science School) in the third position for the Polytechnic category .

After the implementation of the already-Extension Scope Surveillance Audit and External Quality Audit (AME) in Telkom Engineering School. Closing AME meeting took place in the 1st floor conference room D campus buildings Telkom Engineering School, Thursday (29/12), 15:00 pm today. Closing Meeting was attended by the Dean of the Engineering School Telkom, Ir. Ahmad Tri Hanuranto, MT, ranks Manager and Vice-Chancellor and the whole team of auditors from the Bureau Veritas.

“All courses and units at Telkom Engineering School has been our audit. Based on the assessment processes are running and field observation, Telkom Engineering School acceptable to the certification of ISO 9001: 2008, “said Mohammed Waldi, Lead auditor of Bureau Veritas.

Clearly, the entire course and has shown commitment to supporting units. The commitment is evident from the physical processes and existing documentation. All of the processes described in size and performance. Waldi rate, almost all programs of study and work unit can execute a challenge from management to support the vision, mission and policies from top management.

“Now, all departments and work units can be certified. Hopefully, the future can maintain a better commitment. It would be better if there fore a significant improvement, “said Waldi. Also, Waldi informs that within the next 6 months there will be a re-assessment and review. So that it can immediately find out if the performance, strategy and quality objectives have been effectively implemented or not

Sport Center or Student Center Telkom University, there are court full-size indoor can be used into three courts (basketball, volleyball courts, futsal courts), training rooms, and varsity locker rooms.

This tennis court is next to Tel-U Student Center.

The indoor pool is located on the ground floor of Tokong Nanas Building, and has a separate swimming pool for women and men.
