Telkom University carries out the 2020 Internal Quality Audit activity which continues in the midst of the Corona virus pandemic (Covid-19). The implementation of this Internal Quality Audit demonstrates the integrity of Tel-U academicians to maintain the quality of institutions as a priority. This Internal Quality Audit is also in preparation for AME Surveillance ISO 9001: 2015 which will take place in June 2020.
There are two other objectives that will be the focus of this audit, including Checking compliance with the fulfillment of SN Dikti and Assessing APT Readiness in 2021. This audit covers all Directorates, Faculties, Study Programs and KK and Telkom University Research Center. With the main criteria referring to Integrated Standards (ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 20000-1: 2018, and SN Dikti).
In this Audit, all Auditors are from internal Telkom University, totaling around 30 people. The auditor has prepared an Audit timeline which runs from April 15 to June 12, 2020. In detail, the audit timeline plan that will take place is as follows: Audit Plan: 1. Desk Evaluation: 15 – 26 April 2020; 2. Audit Documents: 27 April – 30 April 2020; 3. Opening Meeting: May 4, 2020; 4. Audit Visit (online) for Directorates: 4 – 15 May 2020; 5. Audit Visit (online) for the Faculties: 1 – 5 June 2020; 6. Closing Meeting: June 12.
The Audit uses the Audit Management System (AMES) application, which can be accessed through ames.telkomuniversity.ac.id. This application is the work of Tel-U students. As for meetings, held online using the Zoom Meeting application. Hopefully the quality and quality of Telkom University can be maintained through this Internal Audit.
