Pakuan Bogor University (UNPAK) visited Telkom University offline, which took place on Wednesday (18/05). The agenda of this visit focuses on how the two institutions can further strengthen cooperation in improving the competence of Human Resources and the Tri Dharma of higher education.
In his remarks, the Chancellor of Telkom University, Prof. Dr. Adiwijaya, said that various collaborations were needed in contributing to the country. Partnership, according to him, will provide more comprehensive benefits for the community and nation.
“I hope there will be more collaborations that we can form in the future. Of course, in building this nation, we cannot walk alone. Our focus is on Research and Entrepreneurial University, and I believe Tel-U and Pakuan have the same vision.” Adiwijaya said.
The scope of cooperation that will be the goal of the meeting of the two universities includes the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, HR Competency Development, student internships, Training and Certification, and other activities approved by the two institutions.
The Rector of Pakuan University, Prof. Dr. Bibin Rubini, M.Pd. He expressed his appreciation to Tel-U, which is always open to every opportunity for cooperation with various institutions, including UNPAK. According to him, UNPAK’s focus on this collaboration is on Joint Research. “We are honestly interested in doing Joint Research with a team from Tel-U so that later the results can be made into a journal, and that is our priority. I also want UNPAK lecturers to have collaborative experience and benchmark against the best universities such as Tel-U.” Said Bibin.
