Malang State Polytechnic (Polinema) visited Telkom University directly on Thursday (14/10). This visit aims to strengthen the relationship and establish sustainable cooperation between Tel-U and Polinema by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). It was stated by the Director of Polinema, Supriatna Adhisuwignjo.
“First, we would like to thank Tel-U for allowing Polinema to visit Tel-U. Of course, our goal here is to learn directly from one of the best private universities, Tel-U. We hope that through this MoU, we can give birth to other collaborations in the future.” Supriatna said.
The meeting between Tel-U and Polinema took place in Gd. Rise Lt. 5, Rector of Telkom University, Prof. Adiwjaya, also warmly welcomed the group’s arrival from Polinema. He hoped that this meeting could generate positive ideas in the future.
“The easing of the pandemic allows us to stay in touch directly to discuss and share knowledge. Tel-U and Polinema can establish further cooperation, such as Joint Research. We hope we can become a hub for other universities so that they are more connected and have wider benefits for this nation,” said Adiwijaya.
The topic of the discussion focuses on the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, which consists of Education, Research, and Community Service; development of competitive human resource competencies, as well as projected future collaboration between institutions.
