BANDUNG – Telkom University – Telkom University continues to make positive contributions to the nation. As the best private campus no. 1 in Indonesia, Telkom University implements the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. In this case, Telkom University collaborates with PT Indonesian Classification Bureau regarding the implementation of training delivery services.
This Memorandum of Understanding was signed by Prof. Dr. Adiwijaya as Rector of Telkom University and Rudiyanto as President Director of PT Indonesian Classification Bureau. This activity is carried out onsite in Bangkit Building, Telkom University On Wednesday (10/03).
Prof. Dr. Adiwijaya said that through this collaboration Telkom University achieve its goal, namely “Contribute to the Nation”.
“The purpose of Telkom University is to Contribute to the Nation, so I am sure that cooperation with BKN in the future is a necessity in which we are a maritime country so that we must collaborate,” he said.
Prof. Dr. Adiwijaya also hopes that this cooperation will not only advance the two agencies but also for this nation through the use of technology.
Rudiyanto, as the President Director of PT Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia, explained that PT Biro Klasifikasi has duties, one of which is for institutional certification. A body was formed, namely the BKI Academy, whose function was to produce talents who were experts in technical and managerial fields.
“Our current task is to build a blue ocean economy through collaboration. It is hoped that Te-U can make an academic paper that we can easily translate,” he said.
In more detail, this collaboration discusses the implementation of training delivery services, development of collaborative content with CeLOE Telkom University, and the implementation of community service activities.
