BANDUNG, Telkom University โ Telkom University (Tel-U) establishes a partnership with the IDCloudHost company. IDCloudHost is a company in the SSD Cloud Hosting-based Web Hosting Provider.
It’s not something new that Tel-U collaborates with IDCloudHost. IDCloudHost routinely provides full scholarships to Telkom University students until graduation for less than four years.
Through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)ย signed by the Rector of Telkom University, Prof. Dr. Adiwijaya, and CEO of IDCloudHost Alfian Pamungkas Sakawiguna at the Bangkit Building Monday (18/4), both parties agreed to develop the tri dharma of higher education and develop institutional resources.
The CEO of IDCloudHost, an Alumni of Informatics Engineering at Telkom University, Alfian Pamungkas, expressed his gratitude for the ongoing collaboration between Telkom University and IDCloudHost. Alfian said that his company currently has more than 200 thousand customers, and the majority are MSMEs.
“We are currently focusing on helping MSMEs because, in our opinion, MSMEs can help improve the nation’s economy. Hopefully, through this collaboration, we can help Tel-U even more,” he said.
Both parties agreed to develop education, research, and community service. In addition to developing resources, the scope of this Cooperation includes the development of resource competencies, student apprenticeships, the assistance of experts, organizing training and certification, organizing workshops, seminars, and conferences, as well as other institutional activities.
The Rector of Telkom University welcomed this collaboration. It is hoped that this collaboration will exist at the institutional level and be even deeper even at the faculties and directorates.
