BANDUNG, Telkom University – Committed to improving the quality of education in Indonesia, Telkom University continues to improve itself in providing quality education for future generations of Indonesians.
After obtaining a recommendation for ISO 9001: 2015 certification from the British Standards Institution (BSI), this time Telkom University underwent a stage 2 audit of ISO 21001: 2018, where ISO 21001: 2018 is an educational organization management system adapted from ISO 9001: 2015. This standard is compiled specifically for the education sector in achieving its goals and carrying out its main function, namely providing quality education.
The audit, which took place online for one week from March 22-26, 2021, covered all directorates and faculties in Telkom University. This time the audit was carried out by auditors from BSI, namely Boedi Minarto and Sulaksono.
At the opening of the audit which took place on Monday (22/3), Vice-Rector I for Academic Affairs, as well as Telkom University’s QMR (Quality Management Representative), Dr. Dadan Rahadian, said that the purpose of this audit was not to find errors in Telkom University but to form a form of continuous improvement.
“We hope that all auditors can participate in this audit well, this is to improve the quality of education on the Telkom University campus, so that in the future we can be even better and produce a quality generation of the nation for Indonesia.” He explained.
