BANDUNG, Telkom University – The Ministry of National Development Planning of the Republic of Indonesia / National Development Planning Agency (Ministry of National Development Planning / Bappenas) held the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) Annual Conference which took place virtually on 17 December 2020.
The event entitled “Awakening from COVID-19 through Science and Sustainable Innovation” is the closing webinar of a series of activities in Indonesia’s SDGs Annual Conference 2020.
On this occasion, Lecturer at the Faculty of Economics and Business Telkom University (FEB Tel-U) Dr.Ir.Ratna Lindawati Lubis, M.M. participate in the SDGs Indonesia Virtual Event Competition! In the virtual competition, Ratna Lubis chose the TALKSHOW CATEGORY to provide inspiration and input in the context of achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (TPB / SDGs) in 2030.
On the sub-theme: “Using Meta Data in Achieving the Sustainable Development Goals 2030” Ratna Lubis departed from the question “During this brutal pandemic, how to inspire my students to become creative thinkers to advance sustainable development?”
According to Ratna Lubis, the difficulties caused by the COVID-19 pandemic have triggered a “Want-able” mindset to survive. Ratna Lubis also stated that “collaborating and adapting” is also the key to the achievement of the TPB / SDGs in 2030. “Don’t forget that with the help of technology, humans who have head-heart-hands will be able to answer the challenges towards 2030”, he explained.
The inspiration and input submitted by Ratna Lubis won an award from the Ministry of National Development Planning / Bappenas of the Republic of Indonesia.
