Tel-U and UNJANI Strengthen Cooperation

BANDUNG, Telkom University – The University of General Achmad Yani (UNJANI) visited Telkom University (Tel-U) in the framework of comparative study and signatory of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), which took place at the Damar Telkom University Building, Thursday (18/6).

The signing of the MoU was done directly by the rector of Tel-U Prof. Adiwijaya and rector of UNJANI Prof. Hikmahanto Juwana. In the agreement, the parties agreed to maximize the college followers program namely education, research and community service.

The scope of the agreement includes the establishment of Tri Dharma colleges, research and development collaborations, management of scientific activities and seminars, improvement of human resources competence and mutual development of appropriate technology.

In this visit, the rector of UNJANI Prof. Hikmahanto Juwana and his entourage want to learn directly and want to see the campus of Telkom University.

“Thanks to rector of Tel-U who have received us on this visit, the purpose of this visit in addition to the signing of MoU is we want to learn a lot from Tel-U both about online lectures, iGracias and others, so we want to make UNJANI a Smart Campus like Tel-U.” He said.

Prof. Hikmahanto added that according to the army Chief of Staff (KASAD) of the TNI General Andika Perkasa, that UNJANI must learn from Tel-U in order to make UNJANI a digital campus.

“When the percentage done by Prof. Adiwijaya in front of Kasad last week, we are increasingly confident and asked for cooperation between Tel-U and UNJANI must continue, therefore we and the team want to learn directly to the campus Tel-U.” He said.

Rector Telkom University Prof. Adiwijaya welcomed this visit, he thinks the cooperation is only 1 ie to form a superior resource for this nation.

“We are very pleased to welcome UNJANI, here we are equally studying, and Telkom University ready to help UNJANI to reach his goal, because our mission is the same that makes this nation better ahead.” He said.
