Tel-U Ready to Guide 39 Independent Exchange Students

Through the Directorate of Student Affairs, Telkom University held an Independent Student Exchange Program (PMM) Batch 2 of 2022 on Monday (26/9). This activity is included in the Merdeka Campus program held by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic (Kemendikbud-Ristek).

In this activity, around 39 students from 28 universities all over Indonesia will conduct an Independent Student Exchange at Telkom University. The program will last one semester for the academic year 2022/2023.

The Director of Student Affairs stated it at Tel-U, Citra Kusuma Dewi, Ph.D. He revealed that Tel-U had prepared this program by providing various facilities and activities for Independent Exchange Students.

“These 39 students will study at Tel-U for one semester, and this program is worth four credits, which will be converted at their respective campuses. While at Tel-U, these students will also receive the Nusantara Module while staying at Tel-U.”

The Rector of Telkom University, Prof. Dr. Adiwijaya, welcomed the arrival of these students. According to him, students must be able to adapt to the new environment, especially while carrying out the mandate of running the Independent Student Exchange Program.

“At Tel-U, students here come from various regions in Indonesia, so we are required to adapt to change and get along quickly with various backgrounds. This independent student exchange program is expected to strengthen the relationship between students from various campuses, be able to spread benefits, and expand networking for all of you.” 

Tel-U provides dormitory facilities in Building L to provide comfort and security for Independent Exchange Students. So that students can get to know the Tel-U environment better.
