AMI I Officially Closed, Standard Compliance Above 95%

BANDUNG, Telkom University – The Internal Quality Audit (AMI) I have completed, this audit which Telkom University routinely holds, is a form of Tel-U’s commitment to continuously improving the quality of education.

The event, which has been taking place since May 30, officially closed on Friday (24/6), the head of the Telkom University Internal Audit Unit, Rizki Ariefandi, reported the audit results, wherein the implementation of AMI I in 2022 this time, the criteria to be audited include: SPMI (Internal Quality Assurance System), which consists of 36 standards, namely education standards, research and community service standards, and several additional standards. In addition, the second audit criteria include ISO 21001:2018, which covers all processes at Telkom University from clause 4 to clause ten and annex E.

“From the results of the audits that have been carried out, overall, both the SPMI standard and for ISO 21001:2018 are above 95% exceeding the existing standards, but there are still some findings, either minor, major, or observable,” he said.

Rizki added that in the process of finding this, there would be a PTPP (request for corrective and preventive action) which will last for ten days. It is to improve the existing findings.

Vice-Rector I for Academic Affairs and QMR (Quality Management Representative) Telkom University, Dr. Dadan Rahadian, expressed his gratitude to the auditees who had undergone AMI I very well. Some of the findings from yesterday’s audit were an opportunity for continuous improvement.

“I also thank the auditors who have overseen the activities of AMI I very well. Hopefully, what we are doing can improve the quality of higher education for Telkom University and Indonesia.”
